Kim is known for her warm, positive, and caring style. She guides you in a safe and enjoyable yoga practice, and gives you tools to take yoga off of the mat and into everyday life-- where it really matters. Each session is a combination yoga asana session, guided meditation, and discussion about how yogic living can help address your specific life challenges.
Rate is $100 hour or $50 half hour (children with special needs) in your home or at Still Mind Yoga studio.
