Our Classes
Still Mind Yoga has two methods to learn yoga: private/semi-private arranged directly with the teacher, and small group classes on the schedule.
Current Classes
The small in-person classes on our ongoing schedule are accessible for everyone from beginners to advanced students who are not looking for an intense athletic practice. Classes focus on the breath, and moving the body and breath as one, leading to a natural integration of the entire system that occurs without excessive striving.
Instruction is tailored to the individual student, and includes breathing, chanting, mudras, and basic postures (asana). we are able to offer diverse modifications to students depending on their unique body type or needs.
Private/Semi-Private Lessons
We encourage private and semi-private yoga instruction. This allows for the student to develop an ongoing relationship with the teacher, and to learn yoga in a way that is unique to their needs and disposition Our teachers can help you craft the cornerstone of all contemplative disciplines: a daily home practice. Students can also arrange for small group instruction with others. Contact the individual teachers for pricing and location. We are able to offer classes both onsite and offsite for a range of price points.
Group Class Details
Classes are 45 minutes and the cost is $20 per class, payable by Zelle, cash, or check. Sign up is required at least 24 hours in advance. Please feel free to take advantage of our pre-class consultation to discuss any questions or concerns you may have. We are also open to adding new time slots in response to interest from the community.
